Kindness breeds love. It doesn’t take much to be kind to someone. A smile, a gentle touch, a listening ear (without interrupting), a “thank you,” a setting aside time to be with someone, and a shoulder to cry or lean on are simple ways kindness makes a difference. We all need people to be kind to us, and our spirits also need to demonstrate kindness to others. Kindness is also a great equalizer when we recognize we are all part of one glorious family.
