Joy and Contentment

​Joy doesn’t come from circumstances but from our connection with the Divine Other. It comes from acknowledging that our worth is not based on merit, money, station, or fame. Rather, our worth is based on accepting we are a divine creation that is having an earthly experience. Contentment understands that life is transient, and all that happens to us and around us is fleeting, but the soul lives on and is indestructible.
